Ideas to start with
- A monthly budget with categories and charts
- A shared household expense split for a couple or roommates
- A savings goal tracker for a trip or a new car
- A subscriptions list with renewal dates
What to ask the AI
- 1. Describe it in your own words. For example:
“Create a monthly budget tracker: income, expenses by category, a chart of where the money goes and a savings goal. Save every entry.”
- 2. Add the text on the right at the end, so the app saves its data in Moldura.
- 3. Save the result as a .html file and upload it as a new app.

Save all app data with window.moldura instead of localStorage.
It is async: await moldura.set(key, value) and await moldura.get(key, { fallback }).
Data is shared by everyone by default; use { scope: 'me' } for each user's own data, like preferences.
Data in scope 'me' may stay on that device only, so the app must work when it is empty.
Values must be JSON. Use moldura.update(key, fn) when several people can edit the same key.
Do not call external APIs or load scripts from the internet.
Deliver everything in a single .html file. How to share it
Keep the app private and invite only who should see it. Moldura never asks for a bank password: you type the numbers yourself and they stay in your app.
One fixed link
Update the app as often as you like. The address never changes.
Data that stays
What people fill in is saved and survives new versions.
You choose who opens it
Owner, Editor or Viewer for each person, or anyone with the link.
Questions
Is my data private?
A private app only opens for the people you invite, after they sign in. Nobody else can open the link.
Do I need to connect my bank?
No. You enter what you want to track. Moldura never asks for passwords inside an app.
